Write to support@underdogtravelers.com. There is no form here on purpose — the address is the whole channel, and it works from whatever you already use for mail. Mail goes to us directly, with no ticket queue in between.

What we can help with

• A membership charge you do not recognise, or one you want refunded.
• A decode you paid for that did not unlock — quote any reference the page gave you and we can find the payment.
• Anything a grade or a report card got wrong.

What we cannot do

We hold no booking. AeroShield never issues a ticket, never takes payment for a fare, and is never the merchant of record — the buying link goes straight to the airline or agent, and so does the booking. For a change, a cancellation, a refund, a seat, a bag, or anything about a flight you have booked, the party who sold you the ticket is the only one who can act, and we cannot act for you with them.

Please do not email us passport numbers, card numbers, or anything else you would not want sitting in a mailbox. We do not need them to help, and anything you do send stays in our mailbox until someone deletes it — there is no automatic deletion behind this address.
